Kleinwort Capital has appointed Philip Rattle as a new director from JP Morgan Partners. Rattle graduated from Oxford University and started his career at 3i in 1989 where he worked in the Birmingham, Watford and London offices. He joined JP Morgan Partners in 1998 where he was a partner, and created its European healthcare private equity practice. Rattle has completed 50 deals including buyouts, development and replacement capital across a wide range of industrial sectors.
