Allianz Capital Partners

On 1 October 2004, David Wyndham Jones became head of the renewable energies unit at Allianz Specialized Investments Ltd in London. Formerly, Jones was head of wind energy at energy group Shell in Amsterdam. In London, he will expand the business with renewable energy within the scope of private equity activities at Allianz. The focus here will be on wind energy, in particular on direct investments in wind farms. Alongside Jones, Andrew Cowley and Bill Cowcraft will be leading the renewable energies team. They will report to Thomas Pütter, spokesman for the executive management of Allianz Capital Partners.
