Investec Private Bank
Investec Private Bank has appointed James Stirling to its Growth Finance division, based in London. Stirling joins the growth finance team with responsibility for deal origination and execution. Prior to Investec Private Bank, he worked at Livingstone Guarantee LLP, where he was responsible for advising management teams on buyouts and buy-ins and the raising of private equity and debt funding, as well as managing and advising on M&A transactions on behalf of corporate clients. Stirling trained at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was part of the M&A tax team advising on efficient tax structuring for leveraged private equity and M&A transactions.
