Ingram Forrest

Tim Simpson, a director of 3i, will become a partner in Ingram Forrest Corporate Finance effective from 1 October 2003. Since joining 3i in Leeds in 1994 he has pioneered the development of larger private equity deals in the region and led many of the most notable transactions including the £107m public-to-private of Allied Textiles and the £60m buyout of Wallace Arnold.
