Cohesion Capital
A new firm of advisors to entrepreneurial companies, Cohesion Capital, has launched recently in Manchester. Headed by chief executive Nigel Barratt, the business will provide a range ofadvisory services including strategic consultancy, funding and M&A to mid-market growth companies. The Cohesion Capital team includes Richard Lightfoot, who has worked with NigelBarratt for four years, and Ben Dutton, who recently joined from KPMG Corporate Finance in London. Prior to launching Cohesion Capital, Nigel Barratt established LBC in 1997, and has also worked for Ernst & Young Corporate Finance and Grant Thornton.
