Vecta

Vecta Software has appointed Ross Graham, previously corporate development director at Misys, as chairman of its Board of Directors. Graham joins Vecta just after the company's completion of its first round of external funding in which Add Partners committed £2.5m. Graham spent 16 years at Misys, initially hired as a finance director but following the companies admission to the FSTE100 in1998, he redirected his focus onto managing all corporate transactions.
