Sovereign Capital

Sovereign Capital has announced that Philip Conboy has joined the team as a director. Conboy, a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin, began his career in corporate finance before moving in1992 to private equity with Kleinwort Benson Development Capital - latterly Kleinwort Capital Ltd, of which he was a founding shareholder and director. He sourced and led a number of Kleinwort's major deals, particularly in support services and healthcare, and sat on the boards of eight investee companies.
