KPMG has announced the appointment of 3 new partners. Two were through the internal promotion of Michelle Bond and Adrian Dray. The external appointment was of Maggie Morrissey. Bond has been made M&A tax partner and among the deals she has worked on include the PepsiCo's acquisition of Golden Wonder Group Ltd from Bridgepoint. Dray, corporate finance professional, has been with the company since 1993 and has advised on, among other deals, the secondary buyout of Vivid Imaginations. Morrissey has been appointed as a transaction service partner. She has spent the last two years in Germany working on private equity deals, and specialises in pre-acquisition reviews.Jon Stratford and James White have been promoted to directors. Stratford is a corporate finance professional and joined the company in 1996, White is a transaction service specialist and he joined in 1994. Both work on the private equity team and are based in London.
