ARC Associates

Peter Tahany has been appointed as a director at ARC Associates’ TMT M&A team. Tahany joins from Durlacher where he was head of merger and acquisitions. He has 14 years of investment banking and M&A experience and has worked for ICF, Daiwa Europe, Shearson Lehman Hutton and as a lawyer at Simmons & Simmons. Nicholas Gill, who joined ARC Associates last September, has been promoted to director. In addition, Alistair Britton, Shum Singh and Robert Edgell have been appointed to ARC Associates’ investment banking team.
