KPMG creates new private equity group
KPMG announced at the start of July that it has launched a new private equity group, integrating a wide range of professional services required by private equity professionals in one team that sits together. The group draws together practitioners from Assurance, Corporate Finance, Tax, Transaction Services and KPMG’s associated law firm Klegal. There is a core team of 48, including 11 partners, dedicated to the group. KPMG partner Oliver Tant has been appointed to lead the group as UK head of private equity.
