
Catalyst promotes Holden to partner

Catalyst Corporate Finance has promoted Richard Holden to partner in its London office.
Holden is responsible for overseeing Catalyst's business services team, most recently advising Livingbridge on the management buyout of procurement company Efficio. He has also previously worked on transactions including the Livingbridge-backed MBO of YSC and Inflexion's platform investment in risk management business Alcumus Group.
Holden works alongside managing partner Andy Currie and partner Mark Farlow. Prior to joining Catalyst, he spent five years at RSM Robson Rhodes, leaving his role as corporate finance assistant director in May 2016.
Catalyst has made a number of appointments over the past year. At the most senior level it promoted Jeremy Harrison and Justin Crowther to partner in May 2015.
