
ICG names Fleischer as new vice-president

Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) has appointed Martin Fleischer as vice-president in its London secondaries team, alongside two hires in New York.
All three join ICG's strategic secondaries investment team. The new hires bring the team to a total of seven people based in London and New York.
Fleischer joins from Coller Capital, where he spent three years, the last one as investment manager. Earlier, he was an associate at GMT Communications Partners and analyst at Credit Suisse.
In New York, ICG hired Robert Campbell as principal and Daniel Ayeroff as associate.
Campbell previously worked at American Capital, where he had been vice-president of private equity buyouts since 2009. He earlier worked as an analyst at JP Morgan Securities.
Ayeroff joins ICG from Lightyear Capital, where he had been a private equity associate since 2014, having previously worked as an analyst at Barclays Investment Bank and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.
