Endless appoints Deloitte's Padmanabhan as portfolio director

Turnaround firm Endless has appointed Deloitte’s Sanjiv Padmanabhan as a portfolio director in its London office.
Padmanabhan leaves his role as director in Deloitte's operational due diligence team after 10 years with the advisory firm. Prior to joining Deloitte, Padmanabhan spent a year at management consultancy Bain & Company, leaving his role as an associate in 2006.
In his new position, he will be responsible for working alongside the management teams of Endless portfolio companies, targeting operational improvements.
The latest appointment comes three months after Endless recruited Lloyds Banking Group's John Stout as a director in London, with a responsibility for deploying £100m of debt from the firm's £525m fourth fund.
