NorthEdge hires Livingbridge's Raj as CFO

North-of-England-focused GP NorthEdge Capital has appointed Livingbridge’s Prem Mohan Raj as chief financial officer.
In his new role, Raj will oversee the financial management of the firm's second fund, which closed on its £300m hard-cap in March 2016, and of its existing portfolio.
Raj leaves his role as CFO at Livingbridge after spending a total of nine years with the firm across two separate periods. In August 2010 he left the GP to take up the role of CFO at Brockton Capital, where he spent around a year and half.
Prior to his first stint at Livingbridge, Raj held roles at Coller Capital, FE Trustnet, NatWest and Deloitte.
The latest appointment by NorthEdge comes four months after the firm hired former PwC dealmaker Dan Matkin as investment manager to help deploy its recently closed fund.
