Proskauer Rose hires Ben Davis in London office
US-headquartered law firm Proskauer Rose has hired Ben Davis as a partner in its London office.
Davis joins the firm's finance practice where he will advise on debt for acquisitions and LBOs, as well as corporate facilities and restructurings in the upper and mid-market.
He joins from law firm Reed Smith, which he joined as partner in 2014. Prior to his time at Reed Smith, Davis spent nine years with Travers Smith, making partner in 2011.
He qualified as a lawyer while working at Allen & Overy, which he joined in 2001 and left in 2005.
