Lyceum makes six new hires

Lyceum Capital has appointed six new team members to its London office, including two directors.
Anne-Claire de Pompignan (pictured) has been appointed director of banking and investor relations, while Luke Kingston has joined the mid-market GP as a director on its deal origination and research team.
De Pompignan leaves her role as investment director in European Capital's private debt team, having spent nine years with the firm.
Kingston joins Lyceum from RBS, leaving his role as director of financial sponsors after three years with the company. Prior to RBS, he spent three years as an investment manager with Sovereign Capital and 12 years at EY.
In addition to the appointments of Kingston and de Pompignan, Lyceum has also hired Ullink's Regina Malzburg-Collins as head of marketing, Advent International's Anne Sofie Staunsbaek as investment manager, Spayne Lindsay's Tom Maizels as investment executive and Mike Driscoll, formerly of Lyceum portfolio company Bellrock, as an executive in the operations team.
