Squire hires Siddiqui as partner
Law firm Squire Patton Boggs has hired Kashif Siddiqui as partner in its global corporate practice in London.
Apart from private equity firms, Siddiqui also advises investment banks and multinational companies in sectors such as financial services, aviation and transport, media, hospitality and leisure. He focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and reorganisations.
Siddiqui joins the firm from Trowers & Hamlins, where he was corporate partner for one year. He has also previously worked as senior corporate associate at DLA Piper and corporate associate at Allen & Overy.
