
Norton Rose appoints David Marshall as partner

Law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has hired David Marshall as a partner in its London-based private equity team.
Marshall joins Norton Rose from the UK law firm Reynolds Porter Chamberlain, in which he worked as a partner since 2013. Prior to that, he was a partner at Birmingham-based law firm Wragge & Co for three years.
Marshall started his career as an associate at CMS Cameron McKenna, initially in the firm's Moscow office and more recently in London. He subsequently joined Travers Smith's London headquarters as an associate in 2006.
During his career, he has focused on private equity and venture capital transactions both in the UK market as well as cross-border.
