Eversheds appoints Phillips as head of UK north-west PE
Eversheds has appoints Pinsent Masons partner Andy Phillips as head of its private equity group in the UK's north-west.
Phillips will be based in Manchester, leading the group's corporate team, and is expected to start on his new role in early 2017.
Phillips' experience includes advising private equity firms and management teams on management buyouts, exits and private-company M&A in a wide range of sectors.
He will be joining from his role at Pinsent Masons, where he focused on private equity transactions as a member of the private equity group and undertook M&A transactions for corporate clients and individual entrepreneurs.
