AMR appoints Jamie Bruce as managing director
Strategy consultancy AMR International has appointed Coba as managing director.
Bruce will lead both AMR's private equity and industrials practice, in addition to becoming a member of the firm's executive board.
Prior to joining AMR in September this year, Bruce was a partner at commercial advisory service Coba. He earlier held senior positions at PwC and MCG, and worked as an independent adviser for eight years.
AMR provided commercial due diligence on Octopus Investments' acquisition of Manchester-headquartered steel section supplier Anglo European Group in November last year.
