Eight Roads appoints Atterwill as talent partner

In her new position at Eight Roads (formerly known as Fidelity Growth Partners) Atterwill will oversee the recruitment of investment professionals at the firm, in addition to supporting portfolio companies in their recruitment activity.

Atterwill leaves her role as private equity consultant at Spencer Stuart after nine years with the business. During her time at the recruitment agency, she introduced advisory services related to diversification and CEO succession, in addition to culture and leadership assessment.

Fidelity Growth Partners rebranded as Eight Roads in July 2015. The firm has recently appointed Virgin's John Patrick Moorhead as chief operating officer and Accel's Michael Treskow as a partner.
