
Catalyst bolsters London and Midlands teams

William Cooke, Matthew Lee and Jonathan Toh have joined corporate finance firm Catalyst Corporate Finance as executives in the deal-making team.
Cooke joins Catalyst's London team and will work on the firm's activities in the south-east of England. He was previously at EY, where he gained three years' experience in transaction advisory services after graduating, with a focus on the financial services, technology, media and telecommunications sectors.
Lee and Toh will add to the firm's deal-making team in the Midlands. Lee will be based in Nottingham and was previously a senior associate with PwC. Toh joins Catalyst from BDO in Birmingham, where he worked for 18 months in the transaction services team. He will now be based in Catalyst's Birmingham office.
Overall, Catalyst has added six new members to its deal-making team throughout 2016, the firm said in a statement.
