Caledonia Investments has appointed Alex Mills as investment manager in its unquoted business.
Mills will work on Caledonia's Unquoted vehicle, which acquires minority and majority holdings, with a sweet spot of £25-100m.
She joins Caledonia from Graphite Capital, where she most recently worked on the acquisitions of Aero Technics and UK pub and restaurant business New World Trading Company, as well as representing Graphite on the board of Groucho Club, which it sold in June 2015.
Prior to joining Graphite, Mills was with KPMG working in the transaction services and restructuring divisions.
