Inflexion appoints Daryl Cohen as investment director

Cohen's appointment within the team, which focuses on minority investing, is to take immediate effect. He joins from his role as partner at Vision Capital.

Cohen has 10 years' investment experience in in the UK and western Europe, having worked on several types of transactions including bolt-on acquisitions, refinancings, and IPOs.

Prior to Vision Capital, Cohen worked at Silver Point Capital, an investment adviser focused on credit and special situations investments, and Lion Capital, a consumer-focused investor.
