
Ex-Schroder exec O'Connor joins Unigestion as chair
Miles O’Connor has been appointed as chair of the board of asset manager Unigestion's UK operations, based in London.
O'Connor's role will see him tasked with developing the business, with a particular focus on UK institutional investors.
He was previously head of UK institutional and head of EMEA institutional at Schroder Investment Management. He joined the business in 2004 following a six-year stint at Barclays Global Investors as head of UK sales and client service. Prior to that, O'Connor spent another six years as head of international business development at Bank of America / WorldInvest.
Unigestion currently manages $20bn in client assets across four areas: equity, multi-asset investing, private equity and alternatives.
