
Primary Capital promotes Richard to assistant director
London-based Primary Capital Partners (PCP) has promoted David Richard to assistant director.
After joining the firm in 2014, Richard worked on a number of investments made by Primary's fourth fund, including environmental and waste management services firm MSIS and professional services business Maru.
The fund, Primary IV, was announced in 2013 and hit its target of £227.5m, which it is currently investing.
Richard previously spent eight years at Deloitte where he advised private equity clients on consumer, business services, technology, media and telecommunications transactions.
