Cinven promotes three to partner
Cinven has promoted three of its Europe-based team members to partner in its London office.
Chris Good has been promoted from principal in the technology media and telecommunications (TMT) team.
Good has been involved in a number of investments for Cinven, including Amadeus, CPA Global, Hotelbeds, Northgate Public Services, Springer and Visma. Prior to joining the GP 10 years ago, he spent three years at Bain & Company, leaving his role as consultant in 2005.
Thomas Railhac has also been promoted to partner in the TMT team and the regional team for France, having joined Cinven in 2008 following a four-year stint at Goldman Sachs. Since joining the GP he has been involved in transactions including Allegro, HEG, Numericable Group and Ufinet.

Ivan Kwok has been promoted from managing director of operations to partner on the firm's portfolio team. Kwok is responsible for identifying and implementing international growth strategies and has worked alongside portfolio companies including Gondola, SLV, AMCo, Kurt Geiger and Bioclinica.

The promotions come around six months after Cinven held a final close for its sixth fund on its €7bn hard-cap.
