Neovian's Kodituwakku launches Luminii Consulting
Neovian Partners managing partner Lushani Kodituwakku has left the French advisory firm in order to launch strategic and commercial due diligence consultancy Luminii Consulting.
Kodituwakku leaves her role at Neovian two years after being appointed to head up the firm's UK operations. Her appointment in May 2015 formed part of the firm's longer-term strategy to lay the foundations for its expansion into the US market.
Prior to joining Neovian, Kodituwakku was a director at PMSI Consulting, which she joined in January 2014 after spending six years in the commercial due diligence team at Grant Thornton.
Kodituwakku has advised private equity clients across a number of industries including industrials, technology, consumer goods, tourism, healthcare and education.
