Stirling Square adds de Barros and Woltz to IR team
European mid-market private equity firm Stirling Square Capital Partners has hired Charlotte Woltz and Pascal Monteiro de Barros to strengthen its investor relations team.
The new recruits will both be based in London.
Joining from his role as partner at placement agent MAB Partners, de Barros will be partner in charge of IR at Stirling Square. He joined MAB in 2009 from fund-of-hedge-funds manager EIM, where he managed client relationships during his seven-year tenure as executive director at the firm.
Woltz joins Stirling Square's IR team having recently earned her MBA at Harvard Business School. She worked at New York-based hedge fund manager Highbridge Capital Management for four years before undertaking her MBA studies, joining as an associate in 2010.
Before her time at the hedge fund manager, Woltz was an investment banking analyst in the industrials team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for a year, after two years interning for Franklin Street Partners.
