
Catalyst hires Silk and Cox

Catalyst Corporate Finance has hired Alex Silk and Shannon Cox as principals in the firm's London office.
Cox joins the adviser's debt capital markets team from Grant Samuel in Sydney, where he had worked as a manager in the corporate finance and capital advisory teams for four years. Prior to his move to Grant Samuel, Cox was an analyst at Deutsche Bank for two years, in the bank's infrastructure and utilities, and real estate teams.
Silk joins Catalyst as a principal, having left his position as an associate at Deutsche Bank. Prior to his three years at Deutsche, Silk was a manager in the corporate finance advisory team of Deloitte's Birmingham office for five years.
