Inflexion promotes two to partner
Inflexion Private Equity has promoted Andrew Mainwaring and Andrew Priest to partner, among a wider wave of promotions.
Mainwaring will now be a partner within Inflexion's Enterprise Fund team. The GP closed its Inflexion Enterprise Fund IV on £250m in May last year – the vehicle invests equity of between £10-20m for both majority and minority stakes.
Mainwaring co-led the firm's recent investment in K2 Partnering Solutions and was also involved in the buyouts of Shimtech and Succession.
Priest, meanwhile, will lead Inflexion's origination team, overlooking the firm's network of senior business leaders.
