
Three Hills Capital hires three
UK investment firm Three Hills Capital Partners has hired Joe Jefferies as investment manager, Arjan Blok as senior associate and Ravi Savjani as investor relations manager.
Jefferies joins Three Hills as an investment manager. Prior to the appointment, he worked at Montagu Private Equity between 2013-2017 as an investment manager and associate. Before that, he held the position of associate at JP Morgan between 2010-2013.
Blok will work as a senior associate at Three Hills. He previously worked at Vitruvian Partners between 2015-2017 in the Benelux and UK investment teams. Prior to that, he worked at Morgan Stanley covering corporate finance between 2012-2015.
Savjani joins Three Hills as an investor relations manager from Lombard Invest Africa, where he was a director between 2014-2017. Before that, he worked in Apax Partners with a focus on investor relations. He also holds experience from Deloitte as a senior associate and analyst.
