McGuireWoods hires Davis as partner
McGuireWoods London has expanded its corporate practice with the appointment of Jeremy Davis as partner.
Throughout his career Davis has had experience with cross-border M&A involving US investment in Europe. He has advised in various industries, including metals, packaging, manufacturing and information technology.
He joins McGuireWoods from K&L Gates, where he worked as a partner between 2005-2017. Before that, he worked at Jones Day between 1998-2005 as an associate. He also holds experience from Linklaters as an associate between 1993-1998.
