McGuireWoods hires Vaz as partner

US law firm McGuireWoods has hired Lorraine Vaz as a partner in the debt finance practice of its London office.
Prior to joining, Vaz held the position of partner at King & Wood Mallesons. She has advised both lenders and borrowers on financing matters, working with banks, debt funds, other financial institutions and private equity firms.
Vaz is the third partner to join McGuireWoods' London office since February. McGuireWoods hired M&A partner Jeremy Davis in July, and partner Jennifer Kafcas in February, in order to fuel its strategic growth in London.
