
Squire Patton Boggs appoints Fitzgibbon as partner

International law firm Squire Patton Boggs has appointed James Fitzgibbon as a private equity partner in its Manchester office.
Prior to joining, Fitzgibbon worked at PwC's Manchester office as a corporate solicitor between 2015-2017. He advised corporate clients and management teams on M&A and corporate restructuring, including for the sale of Burnt Tree Vehicle Solutions to Enterprise Rent-a-Car.
Prior to his time at PwC, he also worked at Pinsent Masons between 2007-2015 as a senior associate.
Squire Patton Boggs has also appointed Alexandra Keane as a corporate associate and is looking to expand the team with two associates in early Q4.
