
Phoenix promotes Sargeant and Skinner to partner
Private equity firm Phoenix Equity Partners has promoted Mark Sargeant and Will Skinner to partner.
Sargeant joined the firm in 2007 and is a member of the business services and media team. He currently serves as a non-executive director at Global Freight Solutions (GFS). Prior to joining Phoenix, Sargeant spent four years at UBS investment bank as an adviser on transactions in the TMT sector.
Skinner has worked for Phoenix since 2011 and is a member of the consumer and leisure team. He currently represents the firm on the boards of Bridge Leisure and Travel Chapter. Before joining the firm, Skinner spent four years with the European acquisition and leveraged finance team at JP Morgan.
