Cairngorm promotes two
Cairngorm Capital has announced the promotion of Alex Bayliss and John Naylor-Leyland to managing director.
Bayliss and Naylor-Leyland are both founding members of Cairngorm's investment team, which was set up in August 2015, following the close of Cairngorm's first fund on its £50m target.
The pair have led and overseen the majority of Cairngorm's 12 investments to date, according to a statement. The GP closed its second fund on its £107.5m hard-cap in April 2017 and has been expanding its operations in line with this capital increase.
Cairngorm targets UK-based companies in the lower-mid-market, specialising in manufacturing, distribution and service industries.
