Livingbridge partner Paul Morris joins BDO
Livingbridge partner Paul Morris is joining accountancy firm BDO as head of growth advisory after 14 years at the UK-based private equity firm.
Morris focused on investments in London and the south of England while at Livingbridge, where he led the firm's £5.74m deal for unified communications provider IP Solutions and the £5.5m investment in software testing services provider Centre4Testing, alongside Invex Capital Partners.
In his new role, Morris will be advising growth businesses that are looking for private equity investment, to prepare themselves for potential backing.
Before joining Livingbridge, Morris worked for 18 years at Barclays Bank, where he held numerous roles across the credit committee, relationship banking and leveraged finance departments.
