Westbridge hires WK's Minton
UK-based small-cap investor WestBridge Capital has appointed Edward Minton as investment executive in its investment team.
In his new role, Minton will originate and close new investments. He is joining from WK Corporate Finance, where he specialised in supporting management teams to undertake buyouts. Before WK, Minton worked at Terra Firma Capital Partners.
WestBridge Capital held a first close on £50m for its latest vehicle, WestBridge SME Fund II, in January. The fund was launched in May last year, according to Unquote Data. The GP is aiming to raise £100m.
