
MJ Hudson promotes Brozyniak and Amos to partner
Law firm MJ Hudson has promoted Edyta Brozyniak and Emmanuel Amos to partner.
Brozyniak, who joined MJ Hudson in 2017 from Macfarlanes, works on the formation of infrastructure, private equity and venture capital funds and co-investments. She is part of the firm's LP unit, which includes sovereign wealth funds and governments as clients, and has become central to its fund offering.
Amos, who joined the firm in 2016 from Allen & Overy, has experience advising on a range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures and private-equity-backed transactions.
