Arma Partners hires three
Global M&A advisory firm Arma Partners has announced the appointment of Paul Harvey, Abhimanyu Toor and Fabian Zimmer to its senior management team.
Harvey will take the newly created role of group business development director, in which he will be responsible for strategic initiatives across all regions and verticals.
Harvey worked in M&A business development for more than 20 years, most recently at Octo Telematics and previously at BAML and Morgan Stanley.
Toor joins as a director focused on transaction execution, and will work closely with M&A co-heads Jan Helle and David Smith. Toor joins after a 10-year stint at Barclays, latterly as director of investment banking in the CMT sector.
Zimmer also joins as a director with a specific focus on technology deals in the DACH region. His time will be split between London and Munich. Zimmer previously worked at fellow advisory firm Mooreland Partners.
Arma makes these appointments off the back of a strong start to 2018, closing nine transactions including HG's investment in TA Associates portfolio The Access Group at a valuation of £1bn.
