NorthEdge hires two new portfolio directors
UK-based mid-cap investor NorthEdge has hired Keven Parker and Andy Tupholme as portfolio directors.
Parker joins NorthEdge from construction firm Shepherd Group, where he was CFO. He has 12 years of experience in leveraged buyout transactions gained at 3i Group as head of the firm's Manchester office.
Tupholme was most recently acting as independent non-executive director on a number of boards. His experience was mostly gained at Gresham Private Equity, where he was a partner with a focus on the north of the UK.
Parker and Tupholme will support head of portfolio Ian Plumb to oversee and manage the firm's active portfolio.
