MMC appoints three
London-based VC firm MMC Ventures has appointed Martin Morgan and Ian Barlow to its advisory board, and Lisa Rodwell as venture partner.
Morgan will take the role of chairman, having previously held the post of CEO at the Daily Mail. Former KPMG head of tax and legal, Barlow has also been appointed to the board.
Rodwell, former CEO of MMC portfolio company Wool and the Gang, has joined as a venture partner. Rodwell will advise portfolio companies in the B2C sector.
The advisory board will focus on MMC's overall strategic focus, whereas the venture partner programme will make appointments to assist portfolio companies. MMC expects to make further appointments to both.
