
Agilitas appoints new investor relations head

Mid-market private equity firm Agilitas has hired Anne-Claire de Pompignan as its new head of investor relations and Antoine Rouland as investment director.
Before joining the London-based firm, de Pompignan was banking and investor relations director at Lyceum Capital, which she joined in mid-2016. Prior to that, she was an investment director at European Capital for nine years, and an analyst in the leveraged finance team of Lehman Brothers for two years until 2006.
New investment director Rouland is joining from French PE house Ciclad, where he has been an investment professional since 2011. Prior to that, he was a project manager with consulting firm Booz & Company, and he also spent four years in the French Army.
Established in 2011, Agilitas invests in mid-market deals across Europe and has closed two funds to date. Recent investments include Hydro International and Danoffice IT.
