NorthEdge announces promotions

Manchester-based buyout firm NorthEdge Capital has promoted head of new business Ray Stenton to joint managing partner.
Stenton will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the firm alongside Grant Berry.
The firm has simultaneously announced the promotion of Keven Parker, formerly of 3i, to partner and head of portfolio. It also promoted Tom Rowley to head of Yorkshire and the north-east, Catherine Bucko to a talent management role, and Nassim Ahmed in the origination team in Birmingham.
Meanwhile, John Rastrick has left the firm after three years with NorthEdge to have a career break.
The promotions follow the final close for NorthEdge Capital SME Fund on £120m in July 2018 and two successful exits. NorthEdge sold DW3 to Masonite International for a 3.5x return and Jigsaw24 to Alucin Parnters for a 3.1x return earlier in the year.
