Reed Smith hires Dechert's Deveau as fund finance partner
Law firm Reed Smith has appointed Dechert's Kevin-Paul Deveau as banking and funds finance partner in its London office.
Deveau leaves his role as counsel at Dechert after three years with the firm. Prior to joining Dechert, he spent eight years at Clifford Chance, leaving his position as senior associate in 2015.

He also advises on acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, corporate lending and restructuring.
In his new role, he will work alongside Reed Smith partners Leon Stephenson, Bronwen Jones and Nick Stainthorpe.
