
Houlihan Lokey hires Baird’s Harrison as MD
Investment bank Houlihan Lokey appointed Baird’s Jonathan Harrison as managing director.
Harrison will join the business services group in London and will be responsible for growing the firm’s financial sponsor coverage.
While at Baird, Harrison worked on a number of high profile PE-backed deals including 3i’s acquisition of Formel D from Deutsche Beteiligungs AG, the sale of Irish information management business Oasis to Montagu and the secondary buyout of JLA from Hg to Cinven.
Prior to Baird, Harrison led the business services investment banking sector activities for Deutsche Bank in EMEA.
