NVM hires four to its VCT team
NVM Private Equity has appointed four people, including Korn Ferry's Sam Sinclair and Nesta Impact Investments' Ishaan Chilkoti, to its VCT investment teams in England.
Sinclair has been appointed as talent director, leaving his role as principal in the global technology markets team at Korn Ferry after one and a half years with the firm.
In his new role, Sinclair will be responsible for developing NVM's network of board directors and advisers, in addition to working alongside portfolio companies. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he held roles at Russell Reynolds Associates and Latitude Executive Consulting.
Chilkoti has been appointed as investment manager and leaves his role as interim investment director at Nesta. He will be responsible for sourcing, executing and managing investments across a variety of sectors, but with a particular focus on the software, engineering and social sectors.
NVM has also appointed Charlotte Clarke and Carmine Circelli as investment associates in London and Manchester, respectively. Clarke leaves her role as vice-president at Silicon Valley Bank, while Circelli has left his position as investment executive at the Development Bank of Wales after two years with the firm.
