
Debevoise names new international counsel in London funds team
Debevoise & Plimpton has promoted London-based Delphine Jaugey to international counsel.
Jaugey is a member of the firm’s funds and investment management group. She advises sponsors of private equity, venture capital, debt, real estate, infrastructure and emerging markets funds on matters including fund formation, co-investments, carried interest arrangements and internal reorganisations. She also advises sponsors and LPs on traditional and more bespoke secondary transactions, including fund restructurings.
Prior to joining Debevoise as an associate in 2017, Jaugey was senior counsel at Aviva Investors. She also holds experience from King & Wood Mallesons, Linklaters and SJ Berwin. Jaugey is a dual qualified lawyer in England & Wales and Luxembourg.
