Cavu Corporate Finance opens new office in Leeds
Cavu Corporate Finance has opened a new office in Leeds to coordinate its activity and support its deal pipeline across Yorkshire and the north-east of England.
The office will be led by managing director Stephen Moore, who joined Cavu last October, while the firm's founder and director, Shawn Bone, will continue to lead the main office in Newcastle.
Previously, Moore worked at Rothschild; he joined PwC as partner in 2015 to lead its corporate finance practice in Yorkshire.
The Leeds business has already worked on two deals, advising 25SevenIT on its exit to Horizon Capital-backed Timico and the management buy-in of CoolCare from LNT Group.
Established in 2013 and headquartered in Newcastle, Cavu provides advisory and strategic counsel to mid-market companies, shareholders and management teams on disposals, acquisitions and debt and equity finance raising. It also supports smaller high-growth businesses with potential to access the early stage equity markets.
